Commonly any mimosa recipes suggest using half of dry white wine and half of orange juice, which is partially true. However for best results you may want to use specific wine – remember about choosing those unsweetened. Spanish or American sparkling dry white wine should be good. Generally anything not too cheap should be good ;)

Preparation method
Below we are showing just ratio and preparation tips to get you the best possible mimosa
- Pour some dry white sparkling wine (almost half of the glass)
- Top up with orange juice. You should fill the glass almost equally unless planning to add some liqueur.
- Optionally you can add some orange liqueur to enrich the taste, i.e. Pierre Ferrand Dry Orange Curaçao or Luxardo Triple Sec Triplum (pretty good Italian liqueur) or classic Grand Marnier. Any of these or similar should be fine.
Always remember to server mimosa chilled, as it will ruin whole taste if you serve it warm. Mimosa drinks are easy to prepare, fun and refreshing, perfect for serving to unexpected friends and family.
