The slight air gap between the layers helps it distribute the heat from your oven evenly across the sheet, even if you’re using a standard convection oven. This makes it ideal for heat-critical bakes like meringue and certain biscuits.

The electroplating process helps to improve corrosion resistance, while a thorough sandblasting helps its non-stick coating to adhere more effectively. With proper care, this sheet will last for years.

Its non-stick properties are provided by two tough layers of Quantum II – a state-of-the-art material that’s designed to outperform all conventional non-sticks.

Quantum II is reinforced with ceramic materials to improve durability and, best of all, gets its top-tier non-stick properties from safe silicone – it’s 100 per cent BPA, PTFE and PFOA-free.


At 35 x 28 cm (14 x 11 inches), the oven sheet is large enough to bake generous batches of shortbread, Linzer biscuits or chewy flapjacks.
