How to use?

Lay a piece of parchment paper or aluminium foil over unbaked pie or pastry crust. Place pie weights in unbaked pie crust and follow your recipe’s blind baking directions for temperature and time. Remove pie pan carefully with oven mitts and let cool before removing to avoid injury. Once completely cooled, weights can be conveniently stored in their container.
