It is a cheesy and tangy option with perfect amount of spiciness from jalapeno pepper. Easy to make, only takes a few minutes to prepare and you can keep it in the fridge for up to a week.

Sauce Ingredients

  • 230g sour cream
  • 60g cream cheese
  • 1 small bunch (15g) cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 60ml lime juice
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) avocado oil (UK)* or olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • sea salt to taste

Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth texture. Add salt to desired taste.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
