  • 500g potatoes, washed and halved
  • 1 1/2 tbsp capers, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp creame fraiche
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley or 2 tsp dried herbs
  • 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 small spring onions, trimmed and finely sliced
