Quinoa-Edamame Salad recipe

1 bowl


  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 2/3 cup shelled cooked edamame
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation Method

In a dish, put together quinoa, edamame, carrots, cucumber. In a different bowl, mix sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic powder. Toss with quinoa mix.
