Salad ingredients
- 1 cup cooked quinoa (UK)*
- 2/3 cup shelled cooked edamame (UK)*
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar (UK)*
- 1 teaspoon low-sodium beef broth (UK)*
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instruction
In a dish, put together quinoa, edamame, carrots, cucumber. In a different bowl, mix sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic powder. Toss with quinoa mix.
