For Dressing
- 3 tbsp mayo (UK)*
- 4 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp horseradish sauce (UK)*
- Serve with 3 tbsp sesame seeds (UK)* and a large handful fresh mint, finely chopped – optional
How to make couslow
- Cut the red and white cabbage into quarters, remove the stalks, then shred – keep it quite chunky.
- Add to a bowl, then grate in the carrots and apples, stir in the raisins and lemon juice, and leave for 10-15 mins.
- Mix all the dressing ingredients together, pour over the cabbage mix and stir. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and mint to serve, if using.
